Privacy Policy

Our full, legally binding privacy policy lives at tonibunny.com/policies/privacy-policy. It is kept automatically up to date with current privacy law. If anything on this page ever disagrees with it, that policy is the one that counts.

This page is the short version, plus a few specifics about how we actually work that a standard policy won't tell you.

The short version

  • When you order, we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, a phone number if you give one, and what you bought. We never see or store your card details. Those go straight to our payment processor.
  • When you browse, we see the usual: device and browser, IP address, which pages you looked at, and cookie identifiers.
  • We only email you marketing if you asked us to, and every one of those emails has a one-click unsubscribe.

Who actually touches your information

We are a small studio. The list is short and we would rather just tell you:

  • Shopify hosts this store and processes payments.
  • Printful makes and ships your order. They get your name, shipping address and what you ordered, because otherwise your parcel cannot reach you.
  • PayPal, only if you choose to pay with it.
  • Google Analytics, for aggregate traffic numbers. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
  • Judge.me, only if you leave a product review.

We do not sell your personal information. If you live in California, Colorado or another state with an opt-out right, you can also use our data sharing opt-out page.

Your rights, and how to use them

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email tonitonitonibunny@gmail.com with “Privacy” in the subject line and we will come back to you. We may need to confirm it is really you first, usually by checking details of an order you placed.

We will never treat you differently for asking.

Children

ToniBunny is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you are a parent or guardian and think we have, email us and we will delete it.
